When you receive your order from Best Friend Services, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price and shipping charge or a replacement item within 30 days of receipt.
Best Friend Services will issue a credit or replacement to you upon our receipt and inspection of the original item and we will pay return shipping. The only charge that may be incurred is if the customer chooses to replace the item. This cost would be the price difference between the original item and the replacement if that option is chosen.
Items returned must be in the condition they were received. Any damages or flaws must be brought to the attention of Best Friend Services immediately upon receipt.
