Although some products are supplied through our vendors approximately 85% of what we sell is inventoried by us and that number is growing.

 

Why is this important? Many online sellers of pet memorial are "drop shippers" which means they do not stock the products they sell. They simply pass your order to their vendor and those companies complete the order and ship. The online store you place your order with is simply a "middle man". Ask yourself, how committed to the industry is a company that does not invest in itself. Also ask yourself who is really providing you the service, the store you place your order through or somebody you don't know.

 

Our goal is to inventory everything we sell there are times when it is not possible or does not make sense. Due to the equipment required for us to be able produce the product. An example would be the personalized urn. At this time it is more cost effective for us invest in inventory and infrastructure rather than acquire laser engraving equipment. Besides, our partner has years of experience producing these and we want to have only the highest quality. Also, some very specialized items that have very low volume are not economically feasible to stock. However rather than not offer these items we feel they should at least be made available whose taste or need they fit. Finally, the customer's geographic location may play as factor. We may very we'll have an item in stock, but in order to reduce transit times we may ship directly from our supplier.
