Q: Can I have my cremation facility place the remains in the urn?
A: In most cases your cremation facility will gladly put the remains in your urn for you.

Q: Can I have my urn shipped directly to my cremation facility?
A: We will ship your urn directly to your cremation facility. During the checkout process you will have the opportunity to provide a "Ship To" address. Just put your cremation facility's information.
 

Q. What is Best Friend Services death announcement?
A: We are proud to offer another service free of charge to our customers to help through the grieving process. After you purchase your pet urn or other memorial you are given the opportunity to create a e-card to let you inform your friends and family of your loss.

Q: How do I create a death announcement?
A: After you complete the checkout process and click on the link to create the announcement you have a choice of different images for your card that include flowers, light and other memorials. You then enter email information and the enter text or choose from our examples. Here is an example of an announcement.

Q: Can I pay by check?
A: Yes. To pay by check, select "Check" from the payment options at checkout and click "Continue." On the next page, enter your check number. Click "Continue" to complete your order. On the Invoice page, click the text "Click here for printable invoice." Print this invoice page and include with your check payment to the address on the invoice.

Q: Can I order by mail?
A: Yes. To order by mail, follow the steps above to pay by check. Print the invoice page and mail with your check to the address on the invoice page.

Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: Best Friend Services offers FREE ground shipping with each order. For expediated shipping, we offer flat rate shipping options with 1 flat rate no matter how many products you buy with each order!
